Why You Should Give
Thanks to allies like you, we’ve been meeting an unprecedented moment with an unprecedented response.
2023 was one of the most regressive years for gender equality in modern US history. The stunning repeal of Roe v Wade continues to affect all South Asians—especially survivors of gender-based violence—by emboldening abusive partners and limiting reproductive freedom.
This watershed moment follows the rising rates of abuse and assault survivors of color have experienced since the pandemic.
But working together, we can channel our outrage into action and fight for our community.
Your gift will:
- Provide crisis services free of charge and help us expand our helpline to a 24/7 line
- Expand our crisis services to reach more survivors
- Reach and train a record number of volunteers
- Mobilize South Asian survivors in the ongoing fight for gender justice
