Join Sakhi for South Asian Women on Tuesday, February 27th for a workshop on masculinity and gender violence. Sakhi staff will be facilitating a discussion based workshop that will cover masculinity, patriarchy, sexual violence, and bystander intervention. This workshop aims to strengthen our understanding of masculinity and power, challenge gender socialization, and engage in a conversation about community accountability.
This interactive workshop will lay the groundwork in understanding how we can all better engage in the fight for gender justice.
This event intends to be a community space for dialogue and understanding.
It is FREE, but space is limited so please RSVP.
*Preference is given to male identifying folks.

LOCATION: Manhattan Family Justice Center
IMPORTANT: Please use the 10 Hogan Place entrace. The 80 Centre St. entrance closes at 5pm. The Manhattan Family Justice Center is on the 5th floor. A Sakhi staff member will be there to help escort guests to the training room.
