This celebration will honor two leaders who have championed gender equity and justice in our community: Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, two time Academy Award and an Emmy Award winner, and Rashmy Chatterjee, Chief Marketing Officer, IBM North America. In addition, Neha Rastogi, former ex-Apple employee, who in 2017 made national headlines for publicly discussing her 10+ years of abuse in her relationship, will be joining us as a special guest.

On the heels of the #MeToo and #Timeisup movement, Brown Girl Magazine, Karuna Chani of KC Makeup, and Sakhi for South Asian Women unite to give South Asian women in our community a platform to share their stories and accounts of sexual harassment and assault on Wednesday, March 21st.
